Villa Sethawadi overlooks the Kalpitiya lagoon and the sand spit -a world famous site for Kite Surfing. The Villa stands on a 5 acre coconut plantation and consists of a 3 Roomed Bungalow and seven individual Superior Chalets all en-suite, accommodating a total of 22 pax. Two of three rooms in the villa contain Queen sized canopy beds and the other a King sized canopy bed. There is a living and a Dining room, a small library and an outdoor infinity Pool and a terrace for outdoor dining.
Superior Chalets consist of King Sized canopy beds. All rooms have generous verandah’s with easy chairs. Our Chef and staff, will prepare and serve your meals in the regional style using local produce including abundant seafood. Villa Sethawadi is only a three and a half hour drive away from Colombo on excellent roads.
